About the Journal

The Journal of Management and Policy Research (JMPR) is an international, open-access, peer-reviewed journal committed to fostering scholarly dialogue at the crossroads of management science and public policy. JMPR provides an independent academic forum for researchers, educators, industry professionals, and policymakers to engage critically with issues that shape organisational performance, governance, and societal well-being.

JMPR publishes high-quality empirical, theoretical, and applied research across the following thematic areas:

The journal welcomes contributions from all disciplines that advance management theory and practice or provide actionable insights for practitioners and policymakers. Both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies are accepted, including surveys, case studies, experiments, bibliometric analyses, and systematic literature reviews.

Peer Review Policy

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the review process to ensure objectivity and impartiality. The editorial board endeavours to provide an initial decision within 7 days of submission.

Publication Ethics

JMPR is committed to the highest standards of publication ethics and adheres to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate submission, and authorship fraud are strictly prohibited. All manuscripts are screened for originality prior to peer review.

Open Access Policy

JMPR is a fully open-access journal. All published articles are freely available to readers worldwide immediately upon publication under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) licence, enabling maximum dissemination and citation impact.

Indexing and Abstracting

JMPR is actively pursuing indexing in major academic databases, including Google Scholar, Crossref, DOAJ, and other reputable abstracting services, to maximise the visibility and scholarly impact of published research.

For Prospective Authors

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that make significant contributions to the fields of management and public policy.
